Every participant will be given an “Enhanced Performer” certificate as a mark of his/her participation in the training.
No two (2) sessions are the same. All sessions are customized to suit your organizational peculiarities. We are aware that your challenges are different. Pre-training, we perform an organizational analysis to capture your needs and peculiarities. This forms the basis of our session content and delivery development.
All sessions are developed to have maximum effect on the individual listener. Care is taken to concentrate on targeting the individual deficiencies of the participant as against the organizational deficiencies. We believe that organizational deficiencies are off shoot of individual shortcomings, and if the root cause is addressed at the individual level, there will be a commensurate change in the organizations bottom-line productivity.
Sessions are tailored to suit your time and pressure demands without compromising on the quality of content. Training can be delivered in two ways:
Daily booster Sessions: One course per day (2hrs) for the range of courses selected. You can choose any 2-hour period within your work day (8:30 – 10:30, 11:00 – 1:00, e.t.c) to gather your team together and get them empowered, for the number of days corresponding to the number of courses selected.
Full-day team building sessions: Dedicated time-outs in locations external to the office. Sessions like this create extra opportunities for team bonding, staff acculturization and communicating organizational strategy.
We train for implementation, as against training-to-excite. We know that delayed implementation of lessons learnt can easily erode intended impact. Therefore, during the training, every participant is made to develop SMART goals based on individual lessons learnt, and translate it into a personal action plan to be put into action immediately they step out. Each individual’s compliance with his action plan is to be monitored by an equally accountable partner. This doubles as a team building exercise.
Organizations are then encouraged to hold regular review sessions to gauge individual progress, through to deal-structuring and transaction management, development management and construction delivery.
